In summer of 2017, I met Billie when she was 15, and with 257k followers. I interviewed her, held on to the footage, and watched happened to her career. With 6 million more followers - and Billie as a completely different 16 year old - the "One Year Later" series was born.
A third year, she came back wanting to do it again.
